"Acquire knowledge. It enables the possessors to
distinguish right from wrong, it lights up the path of Heaven. It is our friend
in the desert, our society in solitude, our companion when friendless. It guides
us to happiness, it sustains in adversity. It is an ornament among friends, and
an armor against enemies".
When such are the assets of knowledge then I feel the most holy shrine is the
school which imparts knowledge in the varied avenues of life.
Our school is one such shrine which has come a long way in the field of
academics, sports and co-curricular activities. Our students have `again and
again' made our school proud by their achievements. To continue this process I
again request the parents to come out with their best co-operation, in the
achievement of the goals set by us.
- In ACADEMICS . . . : To
achieve 100% success the students are made to attend their classes regularly ;
to be punctual in their work and presence and to be diligent in their studies.
In order to ensure this - regular home-work is given ; no period is allowed to
go free, as substitute arrangement is made in case of absentee teacher ; and
regular examination schedule is drawn. For the effectiveness of this
curriculum, parents are to counter check and reinforce this agenda.
- In SPORTS . . . : A "healthy
body" houses a "healthy mind". The very purpose of education is lost if this
target is not achieved. The school offers various sports for which appropriate
grounds trained faculty and coaches are involved to imbibe the best from every
child to their maximum potential. The parents have to help introduce their
children in their varied potentials.
- IN CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES . . . :
Various activities are thrown open to the children which allows them
to unravel their talents and win laurels for themselves and the school. The
parents should take these pursuits seriously and encourage their wards because
academics and co-curricular activities are the two arms of the body of an
educational system.
- IN COMPUTER EDUCATION . . . :
Our school has up-to-date equipment for computer training. It has
facility for beginners, as well as for specialization in the information &
technology branch. The schools computer world has its own website and is
connected globally through internet.
All these facilities can only be availed of if the parents and teachers work
in unison to mould the innocent children into well shaped mature personalities.
The diary, detailing the entire curriculum is hence the linking force between
the parents and the teachers which needs to be followed and adhered to in it's
true spirit.
So let us (the principal, parents and teachers) unite in the supreme job of
bringing up our children who have within themselves a store of the positive
forces of life. Let us give them an opportunity to express rather than repress
their strong forces of learning.
